Returns and refunds

You may request a return for products purchased from Scorpion Bay – Online Store within 15 days of receiving your order. The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

• Products must not be washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way;
• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all tags, labels, and hangtags attached;
• The order must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.


How to make a return?

• Log in to your account by clicking the “Customer Account” icon - HERE - located in the top-right corner of the website and enter the email address used to place the order;
• Go to the Orders section;
• Click Request Return;
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return;
• Click the black REQUEST RETURN button on the right to submit your request;
• Once you receive your return label, you must drop off your parcel at a Poste Italiane service point (please check the Poste Italiane website to find the nearest location);
• If you experience any issues, please email onlinestore@scorpionbay.com.

Please note: the system will display the actual amount paid for the product as refundable.
Any return and/or shipping costs will be deducted during the refund process.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request the cancellation of their order before it has been confirmed, provided that it has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier for shipment, by clicking the “Customer Account” icon - HERE.

Once the order fulfillment process has started, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Return Policy.


Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) and receive a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy, then place a new order for the desired product(s).

 


How much does return shipping cost?

• For returns shipped within Italy, there is a contribution of €5.00 which will be automatically deducted from the refund.
• For international returns, there is a contribution of €9.90, which will be automatically deducted from the refund.

It is not possible to return a product from a different country than the one where the order was placed.


When will I receive the refund?

The time it takes to receive the refund depends on the payment method used, but it will always be completed within 30 days of the return's arrival and acceptance:

Credit or debit card: the timing depends on the card-issuing institution;
PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual transfer to the credit card depends on the card-issuing institution;
Bank transfer: once the return is received, we will ask you for the bank details to make the refund. The credit usually occurs within 10 days.

Remember: If you have returned items through our home collection service or from a drop-off point, the return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

In case of specific promotions (e.g., 3x2, buy X get Y, etc.), the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by returning all products included in the promotion.
Partial returns and refunds will not be possible.
The amount actually paid as indicated on the commercial document/invoice will be refunded, including any shipping costs minus the foreseen contribution.

Example: (3x2 offer), it is not possible to return a single product and receive a refund. In case of withdrawal, all three purchased items must be returned.
