Purchase a product

After selecting the product you want to buy, choose the color and size and click Add to Cart. From that moment the product is visible in the cart, which you can also access from the navigation menu. After checking the contents of the cart and the total, you can access the Order Summary, before which your Profile is checked. If you are a registered user and you are logged in, the delivery details will be completed automatically, otherwise we ask you to register or fill in the Quick Purchase details.

In the Order Summary we ask you to select the type of shipment, the type of payment and to confirm the order; all information will then be forwarded to our system which will send you a confirmation email with details. You can purchase a maximum of 5 identical products per order.

What is a Promotional Code?

It is a coupon that offers you the opportunity to get an exclusive discount on the products offered by Scorpion Bay - Online Store. By entering the promotional code in the appropriate area within the Cart or in the Order Summary, you will receive a discount, corresponding to the current promotion, on the total of the products purchased. If you are a registered user you will have a better chance of receiving a promotional code.

Coupons are valid for six months from the date of issue.

Conclusion of the purchasing process

The purchase process is completed when you receive the e-mail with the order confirmation, which also includes a link through which you can monitor the order status.
