When do I receive my order?

Orders may be delayed during public holidays (1st and 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 24th, 25th and 26th December).

No delivery will be made to the following locations: Faéroér Islands, Greenland (Denmark), French
Overseas Departments and Territories (France), Helgoland, Büsingen (Germany), Aland Island (Finland), Livigno, Campione d'Italia, S. Marino, Città del Vaticano (Italy), Holland Antilles (Netherlands), Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands (Spain), Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands (Great Britain). Delivery to Post Boxes and Stop Mail is not allowed.

 

What is the status of my order?

Within 24h (on working days) you will receive an email with the tracking of your order. If you do not receive it, our Customer Care is at your disposal to give you support.

 

What is the Tracking number (ID)?

It is the reference number that the courier assigns to your shipment. You can find this number in the shipment confirmation email; you can track the shipment of your order directly on the courier’s website.
