Can I return a product?
You can make a return to Scorpion Bay - Online Store within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The following conditions are strictly necessary for acceptance of the return:
- the products must not be washed or altered in any way;
- the products must be in the same conditions in which they are received and with all the tags, pendants and labels attached;
- the order must ship in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging.
How do you make a return?
Send your RESO request through the Customer Service portal:
Select the "Other" field in the "Reasons for request" section;
Fill in all the fields, including "Order Number";
Complete your request by entering the text in the "Requested Information" field: "RETURN - Request for free return"
Is it possible to replace one product with another?
It is not possible to replace a product.
How much does the return shipping cost?
Return shipping is free.
When will I receive the refund?
The time required to receive a refund depends on the type of payment
In any case, you will receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items
