Can I return a product?

You can make a return to Scorpion Bay - Online Store within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. The following conditions are strictly necessary for acceptance of the return:

  • the products must not be washed or altered in any way;
  • the products must be in the same conditions in which they are received and with all the tags, pendants and labels attached;
  • the order must ship in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging.

How do you make a return?

Send your RETURN request through the Customer Service portal:

  • Enter your "Name", "email" and "Phone number";
  • Complete your request by entering the text in the "Comments" field: "Request for free return - Order Number - Items to return"

Example: Request for free return - SB202300000 - Man T-shirt White, Junior Hoodie Black.

Is it possible to replace one product with another?

It is not possible to replace a product.

How much does the return shipping cost?

Return shipping is free.

When will I receive the refund?

The time required to receive a refund depends on the type of payment
In any case, you will receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
The return shipping cost will be to Scorpion Bay cargo - Online Store.

By taking advantage of specific promotions (e.g. 3x2, buy X I give you Y etc.), the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by returning all the Products in the promotion. It will therefore not be possible to carry out a return and partial refund. The cost actually paid as shown on the commercial document/invoice of purchase will be refunded.
